Business meeting room - Located on the -1 floor, it can accommodate up to 110 person in theatre shape style. The meeting room is equipped with a large screen, air-conditioning and a new sound system. It is convenient for large conferences, presentations or film projections.
*Complimentary LCD projector, overhead projector, laptop, screens, flip charts & markers, whiteboard, new microphones (LAN and WI-FI), pens & notepads, water for all the participants
** Coffee breaks can be provided both inside the meeting room and in the Winter Garden "Dolce Vita" Bar.
Puccini, Verdi, Vivaldi rooms - consists of Small and Big meeting rooms which are connected with the removable wall. The meeting rooms are located on the 1st floor and overlooking to the Winter Garden. The meeting rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and sound systems. Convenient for press conferences, training sessions and presentations.

A parking lot is available in front of the hotel. The parking is free of charge and unattended.
| THE PAYMENT |
A Deposit of 30% might be required to guarantee the event. An agreement is always made up for any event.
| CANCELLATION POLICY |
No penalty fee applies to the cancellations done at least 5 days prior to the event day. For any event cancelled less than 5 days prior to the event, the deposit will be fully kept by the Hotel. These terms may change in different seasons and are fixed in individual contracts for the each event.
