Villa Delenda B&B Yerevan

Villa Delenda is an elegant Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of Yerevan, which was originally built in 1906 as a private residence for the Mnazakanyan brothers. Original building architecture has been restored and retained during expansion and renovation.
Villa Delenda is located within a short distance from the Republic Square, the Opera House and the Vernissage.
Villa Delenda is run by “Family Care Foundation”. Income from the Bed & Breakfast is used to support Spitak Art School and Maternal and Child Health services throughout rural areas in Armenia and Nagorno Gharabagh.
The Art School in Spitak was started soon after the disastrous earthquake in December 1988, with the hope of providing children and adolescents with an opportunity to develop creative and cultural skills in a warm and caring environment, otherwise damaged by poverty and natural disaster.
The craft is also displayed and sold in a showroom at Villa Delenda

Villa Delenda Showroom

The showroom at the Family Care center in Yerevan is described as Yerevan's  “Hidden Treasure”.
Here in a beautiful setting, the work of the ceramics and textiles groups is displayed for sale. You can enjoy a cup of coffee and browse at leisure among the many beautiful artifacts made in Spitak. All profits are used to supply more material  in the hope that eventually  the commercial aspect of the Center will be able to support, in some measure, the work with the children on whom the future depends.
There are also some goods for sale at the Spitak Center where you can also see the  production in process. It is wise to telephone before traveling to Spitak.
