"Visitarm" online hotel reservation center specializes in providing hotel reservation services through the Internet in most of Armenian hotels. Visitarm also offers a wide variety of other services, which our clients may feel necessary to get while visiting Armenia, including but not limited to high quality multilingual translation/interpretation services, car rental services, apartments for rent and legal Promotions.

What hotels are involved in VisitArm?
In Yerevan currently we work with Ararat, Yerevan, Metropol, Avan-Villa, Congress, Ani Plaza, Europe, Aviatrans, Hrazdan, Olympia, Arma, Bass, Terjan and Sil hotels in Yerevan. You can also book hotels and resorts in Gyumri, Vanadzor, Lake Sevan, Tsaghkadzor, Artsakh and other regions. All the hotels provide up to 15% discount off their rack rates for Visitarm’s customers.
 What should I do to make a reservation?
You can make your reservation through 3 channels: through this website, by calling 374 9 345322 or sending a fax to 374 1 23 50 76. In order to book a room through this website please choose from the menue in the left side of the screen the link "Hotels". A page will be displayed with the list of hotels. If you have already chosen a hotel, just click on the link "Reservation" next to your preferred hotel. If you do not know which hotel to choose, you can check all the hotels in the list. In order to learn about the hotel click on the link "Features" next to your preferred hotel's name. To view photos click on the link "Photos". If you are in a page of your preferred hotel, any time you can switch to other pages describing the hotel by just clicking on the links above the descriptive part of the page (Features, Photos, Reservation). After deciding which hotel to book, click on the link "Reservation" of your hotel. A form will be displayed. Fill in all the required fields and press the button "Submit".
 Do I need to pay for making hotel room reservations through the "Visitarm" system?
Hotel reservation through Visitarm is absolutely free. You shall only pay for your hotel accomodation services in and to the hotel. When you check in, hotel accommodation services contract is signed between you and the hotel. You make your payments directly to the hotel. The hotel takes all the responsibility for the quality and quantity of services. Visitarm acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel.

 Do I need to submit my credit card details?
You do not need to submit details of your credit card. The hotel room reservation service is free and there is no need for any payment.

 Do I need to pay for airport pick up and drop off services?
If your preferred hotel provides airport pick-up service free for it's guests, then you do not need to pay anything. The Hotel's representative will come and meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. If the hotel doesn't have such a service, we can arrange your pickup at your request. Our fee for that service is equal to 20 USD at any currency. Similarly, we provide airport drop off service.


 How will I recognize the representative of Visitarm at airport pick up?
Our representative will be holding a poster with your name and Visitarm logo.

 How long should I wait for a final confirmation for my hotel room reservation request?
Our 24- hour operator will reply back within shortest possible time. Normally this takes no more than 1-2 hours. However, the time required for the final confirmation for your hotel reservation request depends on the difference of time zones between Armenia and your country. As close the country is to Armenia as little time is required for us to send you the confirmation to your reservation.



 What information contains the confirmation sent by Visitarm?
The confirmation contains the following information: your first and second names, your country, your arrival and departure dates, hotel's name, the number, type of reserved rooms, price of the rooms, the package, hotel reservation number submitted by the hotel, as well as other relevant info, necessary for a particular reservation.
