A range of flexible meeting rooms for up to 300 seats, with natural daylight, are situated on the ground floor.  Any set up can be arranged to meet your needs and each room has a wide range of IT/AV equipment which is included in the rent of the space.

The Food and Beverage Department of Best Western Congress Hotel ensures that your corporate event would become a success by offering competitive prices and tailor-made menus to satisfy all your business or social needs.

Menus range from delicious buffet lunches, gourmet sandwich lunches or cocktail-style platters. Special dietary requirements can be catered for. The Italian Terrace dining area or Restaurant "Rafaello" may also be used for events including coffee breaks , corporate launches, business briefings and cocktail parties.

All the meeting rooms at Best Western Congress Hotel are accessible from both main entrances of the hotel. From the biggest conference hall "Ballroom" there is a direct entrance to the Hotel Open Air Swimming Pool. It is a great place to organise catering events during summer time.

Picasso meeting room is bright with natural day light and is very suitable for full day events. The capacity is up to 110 delegates.

The Combined Meeting room is multi functional and is the best choice for press conferences and film screenings. It can be divided into two rooms (Miro and Klimt) to accommodate smaller meetings.

Best Western Congress Hotel Yerevan features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment available for your events. All the equipment is provided FREE of charge for your events.

The parking lot is available in front of the hotel. The parking is free of charge and unattended.

Generally full prepayments is required to guarantee the event. An agreement is always made up for any event.

No penalty fee applies to the cancellations done at least 5 days prior to the event day. For any event cancelled less than 5 days prior to the event, the deposit will be fully kept by the Hotel. These terms may change in different seasons and are fixed in individual contracts for the each event.
