Living room-2 comfortable armchairs and a convertible double-size sofa; LG 21" TV set; a VCR and a DVD player available upon request (extra charge). Kitchen- refrigerator; a gas oven; 24-hour hot and cold water; cupboard; plates and dishes available. Bathroom- sink; shower; mirror. Toilet- with a sink. Balcony-beautiful view of Ararat, a table with chairs and a sofa. Other features- 9th floor of a 9-story building. The external door is metallic and very safe. The area is also very safe and secure. Very friendly host. Services available-1 cell-phone with a local number will be given to the tenants; car transportation service available upon request (extra charge); iron and board available.
