LEVEL 1 - All the meeting rooms here are accessible both from the rear entrance from Ararat Wing and from the Central entrance, passing though the bridge connecting the main building and Ararat Wing and going down the stairs in the Ararat Wing to Level 1. Tigran the Great Ballroom is best for big weddings and conferences.
LEVEL 2 - Queen Erato meeting room is almost twice the size of any other 2 meeting rooms next to it. The meeting rooms in this level are more easily accessible from the central entrance of the hotel and are best for small-size business meetings.

Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment available for your events. The hotel also provides AV Specialist to assist you to flawlessly setup and flawlessly operate the equipment during the event.

The parking lot is available both in from of the hotel, on Republic Square and behind the hotel, in front of the Entrance from the Ararat Wing. The parking is free of charge and unattended.
| THE PAYMENT |
Usually prepayments from 30 - 100% are required in order to guarantee the event. Depending on the season the rules may change. The rules are fixed in individual contracts made up for the particular event.
| CANCELLATION POLICY |
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to the event day will incur no penalty fee. If the event is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event, full charge will be imposed to the client. All these terms may change in different seasons and are fixed in individual contracts for the particular event.
