After a complete refurbishment the former HyeBusiness Suite has re-opened its doors under the name of AUA Barsam Suites. Now the complex is owned and operated by the American University of Armenia. Barsam Suites Rooms Features

Single room - It is a small but comfortable and efficiently designed guest room ideal for the budget traveler. This studio room offers all the main standard amenities typical for a superior hotel room. It has a Hilton recommended Royal Suites brand full size bed from Serta, built-in closet, granite counter-tops that can be used both as a desk and a dining table depending on your needs, a 21-inch TV and a refigerator. Microwave and kitchen utensils for one are made available at no cost upon request.

Double room - It is just like a one bedroom apartment. It has a separate bedroom, a living room and a kitchenette with a dining table, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a Hilton recommended luxurious Royal Suites brand king-size bed from Serta, a large built-in closet, a work-desk and a 15-inch TV set. The living room is equipped with a comfortable coach and a chair, end tables and a 21-inch TV set. Each unit is designed for single or double occupancy. Children can be accommodated on a twin-size bed placed in the living room upon request.

Executive Suite - It features two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette with a dining table, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is very spacious. The living room and the kitchenette get splendid daylight from the sky-light windows. One of the bedrooms has a Hilton recommended luxurious Royal Suites brand king-size bed from Serta and the other a queen-size bed. In addition, each bedroom has large built in closet, a work-desk and a 15-inch TV set. The living room is equipped with a comfortable coach and a chair, end tables and a 21-inch TV set.

The Villa - Select our Villa if you prefer complete privacy and and the comfort of a house. This is a stand-alone 2-storey unit separate from the main hotel building and with a separate entrance from the back of the building. The ground floor houses the living room area, kitchenette and a bathroom, while the second floor features a bedroom and the second bathroom.

 For late check out until 18:00 and for early check in from 06:00 50% of room rate should be charged

 Children under 6 years old, sharing bed with parents is free of charge
 Children between 7-12 years old 50% discount on extra bed
 Villa offer: 20% discount will be provided for a stay more than 15 days

Cancellation Policy: Any changes or cancellation free of any penalty fees if done 2 days prior to arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show 1 night's rate will be charged as penalty fee.

Barsam Suites Hotel will be closed 15.11.2012-01.06.2013 for renovation.

The rates include all local taxes and breakfast.
